Our buying process is quite simple:
• Browse our online store until you find the desired product;
• Choose the size and just press Add To Bag;
• When all the desired products are in the bag, just click Checkout;
• Fill in your billing, payment and shipping information;
• Review your order and confirm the payment: voilá!

Delivery worldwide

We do ship worldwide using our trusted partners — DHL and UPS. For each shipment, we send you the tracking code for you to keep tracking of your newly purchased goodie.
Deliveries only occur on business and can take up to 3 to 5 days on international deliveries. However, please keep in mind that these times are merely and indication and we can’t ensure them when there are problems that are out of our reach. Please understand that in Sales, Black Friday, Christmas and other high load of work weeks we may take longer to ship the products due to the great influx of orders.

Please make sure that your address is correct otherwise the shipping will take longer than expected.


The amount to be paid for shipping, in addition to the price of the purchased products, is calculated automatically when finishing the purchase.

Additional costs may apply to UK. Sneakers Delight will not be held responsible for any additional costs derived from customs or local taxes associated with any delivery.


You can check your tracking number on your Orders tab in your Customer Area. The tracking number will also be provided via e-mail.


In case you don’t get your order in the deadlines stated above, you should contact us with your order number. During this period, no refund can be made until we verify and confirm the packages’ loss.
