Got ‘em!

You just got your order, what should you do now?
• Check that the package is in perfect condition;
• If there’s signs of package violation, you should refuse the delivery and contact us.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, but these measure should be taken to protect customers from possible fraud.

This is not the order I was looking for!

Your order is not as expected or has visible defects? Don’t worry, we have 15 days exchange period (counting from the delivery date) and it’s quite simple to exchange or return a product, just follow the steps below:

1. Just head to your customer area and fill the return form we have available under the tab Returns for you and print it;

2. Place the item(s) in a properly sealed and wrapped package — you can use our lovely box for that — and send it to:

We do accept exchanges as long as the items fill the following requirements:
• Aren’t used or contain signs of use;
• Have the original label and box;
• Are in perfect conditions of sale, with everything that comes with the product, including the box itself;
• Are not personal items, such as underwear, bikinis, etc.;
All the returns must always comply with the points above, otherwise we won’t be able to fullfil the exchange.

The returns shipping costs are always supported by the customer unless the error was firstly made by us, and therefore, we’ll cover all expenses. The refund, if desired, will always be processed by the same payment method used.

Please be advised that exceptionally, during Christmas shopping period — from December 1st to December 28th — the exchange period lasts until January 10th.
This extension is not applicable to money refunds.

REFUNDS

We commit to reimburse the customer within 5 working days, counting from the arrival of the returned item.

POST-SALE WARRANTY

Sneakers Delight undertakes to make any repairs with its suppliers. Whatever the problem related to the product is, it’s always necessary to send a copy of the invoice with the faulty product, the warranty certificate (watches, glasses, headphones, etc.) and the return form.
Attention, the warranty does not apply to problems resulting from misuse or non-use according to the manufacturer’s specification.
We recommend that you read carefully the user manual provided with the products. Sneakers Delight cannot be held responsible if the manufacturer refuses to apply the warranty. Repair budgets not accepted by the customer may be subject do administrative fees. If you agree with the budget, you must first make the payment.
