Since we’re an online based store, we only do business online and don’t have physical location.

We ship worldwide with DHL and UPS.
All the ratings are calculated when checking out your order.

We reimburse our customers up to five business days.

We don’t restock products often, but sometimes we do. If you want to track a restock feel free to subscribe on the product page and you’ll be noticed when there is one.

We do not do pre-orders. We want to keep sales fair for each customer.
